Insignia doesn't seem to offer any drivers on their website, and in fact in their device manual the only option they give is a "Plug and play"method letting Windows install the necessary drivers for you. Still only shows up as "BCM20702A0" under "Other Devices". The DS3/DS4 controllers would then use SCP to sync to your USB dongle, while everything else would go to the main radio. If you're overriding your main Bluetooth radio you could try to get a supported Bluetooth USB dongle and overwrite that with SCP instead. I have an Atheros AR3012 (USBVID0CF3&PID3004) Bluetooth device, that is listed in the compatible Bluetooth devices list.
After following all installation steeps I can only connect my PS3 controller using USB.
